Finally got the pioneer running 2 wks ago today and I couldn't be happier

Jerry you make one helluva stove. I've been burning about 27lbs a day of Hudson red ash coal and producing some nice heat. I've had to move the thermostat once to lower the heat downstairs 85* upstairs at the top of the stairs 74*, too much heat was being wasted with cathederal ceiling, got to get the fans cleaned to see if this helps. Right now I have a small fan blowing up the stairs in front of the stove and that seems to help move the heat up stairs. Right now it's 80* down stairs and up stairs is at 73* when the outside temp being 50*. I have the coal-trol set to 72* all the time. I am also looking into doing some ducting with a 160cfm ducting fan from the closet near the stove to the living room on the next level up which is open to the dinning room, kitchen and hallway to three bedrooms. We'll see what happens!
Jerry I mailed in my warranty card about a month late, I didn't realize it was there till we went to set the stove up, hope it's not a problem. And Jerry I have a sharp edge on the top side of the stove if I file it down what can I use to touch it up with and should I wait till the stove is off and cooled down.
I would like to thank everyone on this forum for all the info I have gotten here and to
Matthaus for the phone calls and the personal help.
