Who makes the best stove cement?

PostBy: coalvet On: Wed Oct 29, 2008 9:49 am

Hi all, over the years I've used whatever brand of stove cement the local hardware or stove shop was selling. It seems it was a different brand almost every time. I know they all use the same basic compound but I was wondering if anyone has a favorite.
Thanks

I think most of us use the Rutland brand. It seems to work good, it gets hard and brittle after a while, but easily replaceable.
