I read much of the suit filed with the court. Berg doesn't seem like the brightest lawyer or he has no staff to dress up his language in his brief. His writing wasn 't the greatest. Anyway, He makes some very cogent points, though.

First, the constitution doesn't define natural born citizen. In most minds it means someone born in the US to at least one US citizen parent. Barack would qualify under such an interpretation. However, there is a question as to the validity of his birth record. Apparently he may have been born in Kenya because there is a record that the Kenyans wouldn't let his momma on the plane because she was preggers. No matter. If he was born in Kenya and his momma being a US citizen, came back to the US, she could petition for his citizenship after five years of residency. Problem is, she didn't do it--no records of that action. Then she moves to Indonesia & marries another guy, an indonesian. There Barack becomes a citizen of Indonesia, different name, passport, etc. (Barack has six aliases, btw). She moves back to the states where she maybe, maybe not, files petition for his repatriation but no one can find any records of this.

His birth certificate is challenged. The HI document on his website is a copy, not certified, printed out on a 2001 form in 2007 by a laser printer. There is a problem, no doubt. It may be able to be rectified but I am appalled that it hasn't been up to this point. It would be nice if the Federa Election Commission would weigh in on this matter for the sake of the nation.

My question is why hasn't the Federal Election Commission asked to see the original? It should have been settled along time ago by agency verification. I don't know of any verification.

You know the "Swiftboaters" would challenge ANY document as "Phony" because,....hmmmmm....Let's see:

1. The ink doesn't match the ink used on all other birth certificates from the same source?

2. The paper can be proven to have come from the Pakistan Tribal Area?

3. A careful examination under an electron microscope reveals Obama's name was super-imposed over another (original) name on the document?. (let's see if we cam make out that original name........Looks like....Osama Bin Kadin??....That "K" could be an "L" though)

4. Carbon dating of the document proves it was manufactured last Tuesday?

I'm glad for once that I'm getting old,, I don't have my whole life in front of me with an 'obamamerica' to live in.. the country is starting to spin,, like the water in the toilet bowl... and soon we will be another 'has been' country, thanks to the socialism of the liberals..

This one particular issues is very disturbing to me. Yes, there are lots of distractions, but this is such a no-brainer. Just produce the birth certificate. It like someone swearing they don't have something in their hand. Easy enough, open your hand and let's have a look. Undoubtedly, there will then be debate about what "have" means, or how microscopic a thing can be to qualify for "something," but just open it up! The singular unwillingness to produce the birth certificate so that it can be torn apart as it invariably would be is utterly frightening and outrageous. Indeed, God help us all.
