Setting up the TS2 Thermostat

I own a Leisure line Hyfire II. I have a TS@ Thermostat hooked up to it. I need help making sure I have all the setting set properly and what all the diffrent fuctions are. For example, What does the CFT control?

Most of it should be Default, you shouldn't have to mess with too many of the functions, It is setup pretty good from the factory.

I only had to bump Max up to 46 to get to maximize the burn rate, but that is all I mess with, other than the Convection Fan control, I turn on to circulate the air when it's on idle.
