Same here - that's what is posted on all our gas pumps across the state .... HOWEVER, if you drive a flex-fuel vehicle, it has the capability, through a scan tool, to read the alcohol percentage of the fuel so that the tech can figure out how much E85 is still in your tank when you break down. I've never touched E85 in my life, yet my computer read 19.6% alcohol after a fill-up near the city.ceccil wrote:Around here it's 10% ethanol.
This is government tyranny. They are SCREWING the public, yet, anyone who doesn't work on cars is none the wiser. The government loves this. It's like taking candy from a baby.
When was the last time any of you read of the outrage over this in the paper? I rest my case.
