Cigars?

My brother-in-law and I try to have a nice cigar once a week after Saturday dinners (we alternate between his house and mine). Our hands-down favorite is the CAO Gold Torpedo, but we also like the CAO Italia for a stronger smoke and the Rocky Patels once in a while. We used to smoke Don Tomas Corojos, but the CAOs are a better smoke for the money. We usually go in together for an order through JR Cigars, and including shipping we generally can get a great cigar for half to 1/3 the price of buying them in the local cigar shop.

Of course accompanying a nice cigar is generally Jack Daniel's on the rocks or a nice congac (Courvoisier, when we can afford it). :D

Nice day for a LFD......

I've never ordered from JR. I have a great place that's near work, but if I order online(like usual), I go with Cbid, or CI...They are the same company, and the orders get to me next day!!!

mmmmm.........cigars......

I'll tell you......Cbid prices are gettin' high, but deals can be had if you are patient. Do yourself a favor and check JR or AtlanticCigar. Super prices all the time.
If you are a full bodied fan I highly recommend the Mayorga from the JR catalog. You might get one or two that don't draw, but it's worth it. Great smoke for the money.

I like them. They burn well, smooth, and not harsh on the palate. My wife still won't kiss me after one tho :D

Hi guys,
I need a suggestion for my husband for Christmas. He usually only smokes cigars when we are on vacation and I never pay much attention to what he likes.
I do know that he likes a mild cigar. One of them he likes is a flavored cigar. I think they come in peach, vanilla etc., but I can't remember the name. Does anyone offer a sampler pack?
Any help at all would be appreciated. I will be buying online as we don't have a local shop.
Thanks,
Sharon

Yes, started smoking cigars at 50. Love the acids. Started burning coal after 28 years of burning wood this oct. 2008. The Hitzer 503 seems to be as good as everyone has said here on this site. Boy, these
guys know everything. Coal, Why would anyone burn anything else?
