You have to slide that ashing lever adjustment back over to where it belongs. I do have to ask, what in the world are you heating with that thing?

Nice black but do you think that little Expansion tank will cover all that water volume in your system plus the BTU's
that you will be pumping out to heat 5000sq ft. What is the PSI at on the boiler when you are making heat your tank looks like a model 30. I think a 60 or even a 90 would be better for your system Just my two cents. I am only heating
1640 Sq ft. on the first zone. And I needed to go from a 30 to a 60 and I really should of went with a 90. With one zone running I will hit 22 to 25 PSI with a model 60 tank. If I would run both zones I think I would pop the PRV the second zone is 1500 sq ft . keep a eye on the PSI gauge to see where it hits when you are heating hard .

Congrats on job well done! I enjoy seeing crazy plumbing. The two cross tees are a thing of beauty! Good fun & good satisfaction when it all works.

There's nothing wrong with 22-25 pounds pressure. There's nothing wrong with 29 or 31. As long as the PRV never spews, or drips, you have the right size tank.
