We're almost into the rut in the east, isn't it? Interesting, we have seen a number of females coming out of the woods during the day, maybe they are trying to stay away from the deer studs.

My son-in-law is a bow hunter (after deer) & he sits in trees all the time. (My daughter is now in charge of their Harman TLC!)

I saw the largest buck last week near Airport Road & Rt 329 in Bethlehem. Biggest buck I have ever seen alive in the wild. He could have been on display at Cabela's. Goes to show Gary Alt's decision to change the deer hunting regs 7 years ago or so is working. I saw his seminor in Allentown just after he initialization of the new policy. But he resigned and moved on the W VA. The guy is really a great game manager.

Myh 20 year old daughter bagged one Saturday evening with her Hyundai. Or I should say it bagged her. It ran right into the passenger side door of her car. Scared the crap out of her.

Two this year!

The first is below - $9600 in damage.

No pics on the second one. I drove over it after a truck in front of me hit it. Messed up the suspension something bad.
