Can't open it at work. I'll have to check it out tonight. Obviously you're making heat. Good deal.

He's lucky I was there to help him light that baby off. The idea of using gasoline to start a coal boiler didn't sound too good to me.

btw: I'm not to fond of heights! I paid to have my roof reshingled and resheathed for that reason. I went up and took those kickers off yesterday. I almost cried when I got on the one side of the roof and it was still covered with snow.

I sorta wish I did get the highboy, but this thing has absolutely no problem keeping up right now. Now I don't have all the zones in the house plumbed to it either. But I'm confident it will keep up. Just burn more coal. :D

Yep John it will do the Job but will have to work a little harder. Maybe I seen alot of 520 in big houses well over 5000
sq ft. And they keep up just burns more coal . Coal is cheap anyway who cares  It is costing me 5.58 a day to heat the water & house 39.06 a week I can live with that ;) 55 cents a lb 10.16 lbs a day 2 teeth 5lbs a hr. Now we will see after this week if I should go back to 3 teeth at 7.5 lbs a hr

Nice install, I like using iron pipe. do you have a threading machine or did someone cut and thread the pipe for you? Thats the right size extrol tank for the operating water volume, I often see people using the small tank and that just dosnt cut it. Good job!
