Well, might not be their fault and be the fault of all the people behind them. Having been in the middle of crushing crowd during a concert I can tell you there isn't much you can do if you're the one being pushed. Was actually quite scary at times because you'd get waves of the whole crowd moving sideways and you'd think everyone would topple like dominoes. I'd always wear boots and it wasn't a fashion statement.

Having said that people are nuts, when I was delivering coal I would even think of bringing the truck out of the driveway today.

It's not called "Strong Island" for nothin' :D I'm from, and still, here....

Had to drive around the perimeter of Roosevelt Field mall today to get to a client, could have passed for the first few laps of a Riverhead Raceway enduro race. People just plain running the red light at the main entrance, no cops in sight.

DON[/quote]I drive a truck out there. They TRY to push a truck out of the way also. A 2007 Corolla opens up quite nicely when they don't quite make it around me. You are not going to bend 1/4" steel on the side of a car carrier on Rt. 111 sw. of Smithtown.

Hecht said that he was considering a lawsuit but that no decision had been made. Two other injured shoppers filed a notice of claim Monday, the first step toward proceeding with a lawsuit.

Anyone surprised?

What's next, sue Walmart because you didn't get one of the 6 TV's that were on sale that you were *entitled* to?
