Saw well over 20 deer just Wednesday . Quite a few on Mon and Tue . One buck that was just barely legal but let him go .If he makes it he will be a nice buck next year . The guys over the hill took a nice looking 8 pointer . There was quite a bit of shooting on the first day ,later I found out there were some people that didn't know that it was Buck only up here this week . And someone shooting at a Coyote . Sat will bring on the doe hunting so that should be a little more action . Its all private lands here so there are not as many hunters as the gamelands which is nice . Good Luck everyone . Dave

In my part of Pa they have to have atleast 4 points one one side to be legal.

I think the game commision changes and ads all of theses new rules to hunting every year just to make money from handing out fines. When I was a kid the rules were straight forward and simple. Now you have to know exactly where you are at and what game is in season in that particular zone and what restrictions apply to the zone you are in and the game you are hunting. It is all very confusing and I think it is intended to be so.
