Arbor Stone is what I was thinking of. I called them in late september and they had some bituminous left for $150.00 a ton and the next shipment was going up to $180.00 which I can understand. I do know that there are rail lines paraellel to Michigan Ave which is behind Arbor Stone and I do not know for sure but that may be where they get their coal from.

Streat Fuel is in Flint,MI and there are many rail tracks in that area also. Plenty of coal moves around in Michigan for power plants and paper mills. There is a tissue factory in Cheboygan,MI that burns coal also but they wont sell to the public, too bad cause Cheboygan is 16 miles from me. Anthracite in my area ( Indian River ) goes for $340.00 a ton bagged Blaschak and down in Clare $320.00 a ton probably Reading bagged.

There must be some other places around that sell coal but I have not found them yet.
