Can I Put a Cold Air Return on My Convextion Fan
I have a channing III I would like to put a cold air return from a back bedroom to my convextion fan,can this be done? I do not run my circulation fan that much.What do you guys think? Thank you all, Bruce

So you physically ran, say, 6-inch ductwork with a connector that you bolted / screwed to the fan intake housing? I hear allot about this but am trying to visualize the physical connection to the fan. Actually, 5" I think, whatever fit the intake of the blower. See this thread.

Hooking it up to the combustion blower is blowing heated air out of the chimney. If you don't mind doing that, seems okay to me.
