Why Detroit Failed: The Turboencabulator

Found this Chrysler training video, from 1990 which may give some light on why Detroit has failed:

Wait, I'll just get out my old textbooks and see what they did wrong. Shouldn't take more than an equation or two for Yanche Engineering. :-)
