I can certainly see why a lot of people have cancelled their orders, especially if they ordered a stove or boiler in July or August. I have to agree that Keystoker was in no way ready for the flood of orders that they received. My dealer is not to happy with the company. Everytime he contacts them, which is at least 2-3 times a week, he says that he gets the runaround. He said that it seems that they don't even care anymore. This is very dissapointing and no way to run a business.

My plumber has already been here and tapped into my oil boiler piping for a series hook-up. I'm ready! Hopefully i'll get it soon! It's been 7 months and 1 day since my order. Every time I hear my oil boiler fire-up, which is quite often in this part of the country, I get a little
