Yesterday was the moment of truth when I started the first fire and shut down the propane furnace! So far things have gone well with a few glitches ,that with your help I will solve!! The one that I am working on is the Fan Limit Switch. Doug sent me a great PM and I am still trying to work this out. Presently running the furnace Blower constantly as it was short cycling in the Auto Mode. All help is appreciate!
Will answer any questions regarding the install.

I found the fan limiter unnecessary and chose to run a continuous fan on the rheostat, 1/2 to 1/3 full speed.
It doesn't take much to wash all the heat out of the air stack on "auto" fan mode using the presets. - I.E. short cycles. (Single feed, 85k BTU here.)
Using a med/low continual blower speed the idle air temp out of the registers is 73-75 degrees.
During the demand heat cycle I see about 105-110 degrees at current feed timer setting of 3. (Small basement, floor air return openings into basement.)
So far it's been very comfortable in the house (70-72). If temps go below zero at night I may increase the max fire setting, waiting to see how it pans out.
