No power to module ?

heres the circumstances as posted on the Lesiure Line forum,other than replace the fuse what else can be checked?

Well I got the fan running again,moved the shaft back and forth and it lossened up,put a small dab of oil on the end of the shaft.There wasn' really any dirt on anything so I don't know ? I'm still guessing it gets a little bit too hot for it's own good.But after putting everything back together now the control module doesn't go on,replaced the fuse didn't make a difference,so who knows !
On the plus side I got my home furnace up and running about 8am and finnaly got to go to bed for a whole 2-1/2 hours before havind to getting up

are you NOT getting ANY power to the module/thermostat?

does the coaltrol Power up?

If You have power, but the Combustion blower is STILL not working...Check the setting of the coaltrol, I think it defaults to IGN - YES (Ignitor), the blower will NOT work until the ignition sequence is done, Change it to NO, that was my problem when I first put the Coaltrol in place on mine, I couldn't figure out why my blower wasn't working either....

No power to the module,no light,changed fuses,I'll buy more fuses tomorrow just to make sure ... both fans work but the control module doesn't .... sux that I got the fan working and now this

unplug everything and makes sure nothing is blowing the fuse....then see if it works or not.

Sounds like the blower shorted. Not sure what is in the control box, but I would unplug suspect blower, change the fuse and
see if it powers up. If it does not, take the control box apart and see if there is an obvious short in there. Needless to say,
I would unplug everything before poking around :shock:

If it's under warranty from CoalTrol, Don't take it apart !!! Just get a hold of Neil or Paul @ CoalTrol and send it back to them. They are very good in getting it back to you.

I think they mean a Power Vent Flume Switch on the stove? Maybe that tripped if you one.
