K-A6, How Hot Is Unit Itself?

We've discussed those fans on the flue before and the general consensus is not worth it when you consider the cost of the fan, electricity etc. More suitable for wood with the higher stack temps.

That is a good idea. I also thought of installing a length of radiant baseboard on my return line. Yah! then add a 007 Taco pump or a zone valve witchever way you have your heating system set up, then get a thermostat and make it a zone and you can set the temperature to what you want.sterling_40man wrote:That is a good idea. I did an average scan on the outside of my KA6 using an infrared thermometer that I borrowed from work. Average temp of the outside of the boiler is 89*
