Need Rice Coal Delivered. Pike County PA.

Anyone know who has the best prices out my way? Stroudsburg, Honsdale, Hawley, etc. Seems like the prices have gone wayyyy up. who I used last year wants $200 per ton delivered. They were $155 last year...Any advise is apreiciated... :)
