Just got a new Tool Cabinet for Christmas. A little late becuase I had to shop around for one. I had a 3 drawer snap on 31 inches wide but it just was so crammed I could never find a tool. Bought a 41 inch wide 11 drawer cabinet from Lowes last night. I am very happy with the quality. So far I am guessing it weights about 800 pounds with my tools and my Snap On box I set on top weighs about 200 pounds. Anyone else have this brand of box?

I don't own any kobalt tools or tool box but I have heard good things about them.

Mine is most Sears Craftsman, we didn't have a lowes or home depot years ago and not too many other selections around this area. We have a home depot now, but don't need a large tool box, I have the 5 or 7 drawer cabinet in the garage, works good for me. Those Kobalt seem pretty robust.

sounds like a decent box! you can never have enough tool storage.
i have a blue point box that I bought used a couple yrs ago and 2 craftsman boxes and a tool cart with drawers and they are all full......my boxed tool sets started migrating to a shelf next to the tool boxes

I have plenty of Kobalt hand tools (sockets, rachets, etc) and have had excellent luck with them. My toolboxes are Snap-on and Craftsman.

The great tool migration is why I needed a new box. God knows how many tools I lost due to lack of storage, my wife borrowing them and maybe me being a little careless. Anyway, storage is a nice thing. I bought a solid sheet of label material, some laminating sheets and will make labels so my box is nice and neat and I and my wife know where each tool goes now.

My problem is putting tools back where they belong! (I tend to use them & then drop them wherever I am when I finish wit them! (After cleaning my shop less than a month ago, here it is now!)

My problem is when my workbenches look like that I can find my tools and stuff but when I clean up I can't find squat.

That's the recharger for my Ryobi lithium ion battery pack. (love lithium ion stuff!!....holds a charge longer & works longer)
That one type battery works all my cordless Ryobi tools from drill to circular saw to weed whacker!

Devil,
I feel so much better. My only excuse is I'm doing a lot of renovating. If I had twice the space it would be twice as cluttered at least I admit that....
