Here is the job I did yesterday. It took a few trips to Home Depot as I changed my mind about how to do it. I decided to run the 12 wires in a piece of flex and to clean up the install. I plan to remount the box, under the limit switch, on spacers to keep it from overheating.
The house is much quieter with the fan running on Auto vs. Continous.
Relocated Limit Switch
I have adjusted the points but cannot recall the settings. This setup is working great! When I was assemmbling the bins, other post and pics, I was sweating up a storm in the basement. That has never happened before!!!

Still curious why the circulation air duct work doesn't cover the back half of the stove?
I know the air jacket forced air up diagonally and toward the front but it seemed like a fair amount of radiant head in that area.

Is that where Alaska said to put the limit switch? I put my plenum on today and need to relocate mine.
Yes,
When I spoke with Ken, @ Alaska, he said when facing the left side of the furnace, with the door to your right, the limit switch should be 6" up from the top of the furnace and 2" back from the front of the plenum.
It has been working great. Though I am still messing around with the low end setting.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
