A great explanation of oil price fluctuation

I saw this recently and thought it explains very well the volatility of oil and other commodities. A long time ago I used to speculate on the futures market, before I had responsibilities that required I not have excess risk, which is inherent in the futures market. There were great and fast profits as well as losses just as great and quick to be had. I guess you could say I was one of the people causing the problem. Take a look.

Did you see the 60 minutes report about the oil futures market on Sunday? I never would have imagined Morgan Stanley was such a big player in the energy market.
