Keystoker koker 160

Few questions on delivery...

1. Can two guys lift it?

2. Does the hopper come seperate and need to be mounted or any other items for that matter need to be put together?

3. I know it is 26" wide and 49" long when together with hopper but what exactly is the width and length that would actually sit on four bricks? I am thinking 26 wide and 22" deep would do it since the hopper is probably the other 22"?

Also is it only 26" x 27" without hopper so it fits through doors?

Thanks!

I mean 26" wide and 27" deep, not 22" deep! Sorry

My Koker is sitting on four red bricks that are spaced 26" x 26" outside dimensions.

Three of us using an appliance dolly moved the Koker down my basement stairs; one below and two above. I would not have wanted to do it with only two guys.

We did remove the hopper and the blower motor to reduce the overall dimensions. I've got a tight turn at the bottom of my stairs.

Hey Len, I see by your avatar that you have given up on the Browns in favor of the Indians.

What exactly is a Brown anyway? :D

the exact digits of the koker are 23" wide and 48"(including the hopper) wide. the ash door and the glass door were also detached.

Whoa, be careful.
The Koker furnace sitting in my basement is 26" wide across the body.
The fan limit switch and the blocked vent switch add a few inches to that but they can be removed if necessary. We had to be very careful squeezing the Koker through a 29" door opening. We had removed the blocked vent switch but left the fan limit switch in place.

oh congrats. She will be. we've been running the koker since friday and it's been a balmy 75 degrees in my house (2,800 sq. ft. victorian). my husband was apprehensive, but he's LOVING it now. he loves to show her off to anyone who comes to our home and at any time of the night I can find him in the basement staring at her....

Well, it was delivered...and it almost did not fit! I measured and thought it would just fit but we were stressed believe me, had to remove blower, fan, etc...had to go through the house and the dealer wanted to forget it but I pushed him! Glad I did!

Hopper was the wrong one should have that today.

I just can't believe how well this thing is built. I just sat and looked it over very well last night and the welding is really a work of art!

Peasefamily, nice setup and glad it is working so well. I can relate to the stairing thing....wife is still not sold as we banged up some wood work squeezing it in! :)
