Now I have done it, bought another stove!
A Harman Mag Stoker project, all the motors run good just needs a little cleaning up, good summer project.
Wife says I won't want to part with it after it looks like new...What does she know anyway?

BK, welcome to the addiction!
Don't worry you will have fun redoing it, just remember at some point you have to sell one of em.
Just a little tip on cleaning, I vacuum em out (pull out everything from the stove body, grate and all), spray em down with Sodium Hydroxide (AC coil cleaner), pressure wash with the turbo tip, blow it dry with the leaf blower, wire brush the entire stove body, paint the inside with VHT 1600* or equiv silver, paint the outside with any good 1200* black ( I buy the Rustoleum in bulk and use the hlvp gun to spray it). I also disassemble all the other items such as doors and stoker assembly and do the same. Nothing is left unpainted and I use anti seize during assembly of all parts and hardware.
Have fun!

Pulled out my Harman project today, threw a little charcoal on the grate, hit it with a torch and tossed a little rice coal on that, plugged it in and off it goes without any problem.
Let it burn about 5lbs of coal to make sure everything works properly and it is fine, really cranks out the heat. Soon I will tear it all down, clean it, paint it, maybe replace the glass and find her a new home.
Stoker mechanism is pretty complicated compared to my Alaska, but works well.
