The new puppy was brought home yesterday afternoon and so far so good. I mentioned in another thread that it is only six weeks old and surprisingly it has cried very little except when it wants attention. And the best part...it hasn't pissed or *censored* in the house yet. I was somewhat concerned with the real cold weather that it wouldn't even want to be outside at all. We've been keeping after it and taking it out frequently. We suspect the people that had her may have been letting the puppies out because she didn't seem to unfamiliar with the snow and she took right to going outside. Hopefully this will be very short house training. :D

I'll post some pictures later when I get them.

Congrats on landing the new furr-butt! Yippeee!

If a puppy pees in the house, it's not their fault, it's the owners fault. But, man, it can be tough to take them out every two hours. :)

Pictures! Pictures!

Yea!!! *censored* outside again. This may sound like BS but my white dog was trained in about 3 or 4 days. If I could only be so lucky with this one.

It's a Beagle/Springer Spaniel mix. Should be very calm dog....

The Beagle is easy to see, not sure if you can see it but she has those really small spots on her forelegs that are common on the Springer Spaniel.

I'm working on it! Actually I was trying to get my brothers dog on skateboard over the summer but that didn't work out so well. :P

He really IS cute! Sure likes hanging around Dad's feet. Calm? Ya, sure, in about 6 years. :)

Damn thing follows me around like its a puppy dog or something. :P

Ran out of luck, had a 24 hour streak going and it finally managed to take a piss in the house. Hasn't taken a dump in the house yet though. 8-)
