I just got my VF3000 plumbed in and ready to fire FOR THE FIRST TIME. The stove will not run continuously. It seems to be cycling with the settings on the verti-flow stoker control.
However, if you unhook the wire from the censor to the A350 it will run continuous. How can I make it run continuous until the boiler is up to temperature?

Thank you,
Trimmer

My mistake - The jumper was not in the heat position.

I really need to know any suggestions you may have for settings on the A350 and S250 tuning pods.

Thank you,
Trimmer

did you set the jumpers in the A350 to heat position?
did you connect the wires from the Harman timer box "thermostat" terminals to the normally open terminals?

here are my inital settings for the VF3000

I have the A350 set to 170* and Diff set to 10
At this setting it will turn on stoker at 165 and turn off at 175 but then it might over shoot to 180* ( that is OK )

I have the s350 set to offset 15 and diff set to 10
At these settings it should start overtemp dumping at 205*
I haven't seen it do a overtemp dump since I got it properly adjusted.

setting your stoker rod:
loosen up the wing nut turn the arm_nut clockwise until it stops (this is max heat setting)
if yours is like mine it will stop in the 11 oclock position.
now turn the arm_nut counterclock wise 3.5 turns.
and lock the wing nut to the arm_nut so the arn_nut cannot move.
when you are done the arm should be in the 5 oclock position (if yours is like mine.)

This setting will give you 50% hot coals in the grate when it is making heat.

set the keep alive timer on to 2 and the off to 14
