Mixing Nut and Pea With Differing Ash Contents

Been burning mostly Blaschak nut though have some Jeddo pea thats gives noticeably less ash compared to the Blashak. Was thinking about mixing them 50/50.

Any hand fed experience out there regarding shake issues with this differing ash contents mixed together ?

Probably the only change you'll notice is you might loose some unburned pea through the grates.
