The Fed just auctioned off $30 billion in notes a few days ago and another $40 billion yesterday. That's $70 billion we just borrowed.

OK...but first we'll have to pay off the billions that you conservative Republicans have weighted me & my grandkids down with to pay for the mistake you made in Iraq. (At least we will be paying off something that was actually beneficial to this entire country & not just great for Exxon-Mobil)

As of now on E-Bay Silver Eagles are selling for $18.50 If they don't stop spending money like drunken sailors, we will be in the Weinmar Republic. I have to laugh at the poll. Who do you trust? You are kidding right? A new President ( an unknown) or a group of the
usual suspects( who help put us in this mess). As far as polls go, this one is pretty beat.

This stimulus package is baloney. Most of the money doesn't even get out of the government doors until mid 2010. Most of it is pork for pet projects and it mainly expands bureaucracy. The three million jobs are mostly make work jobs.

It's a government bureauacracy stimulus package, not an economic stimulus package.

I didn't want the last package. I don't want this package. It's all government bull.

The pols aren't doing their jobs. Their job right now is to sit down and shut up. They need to start thinking about what laws they should reverse. They should be thinking about what agencies they can fold up.

I would say, they should start listening to the people but the people don't how to think anymore. They are a bunch of brainwashed morons. This country as a free state is finished.

Dev, don't you know a good war helps the economy? That 12bil you keep speaking of paid salaries to many workers who are now loosing jobs cause the war is close to an end. And one more thing, why are there Iranians and Iraqis killing our boys? If they wanted us to leave, wouldn't they let us be and we'd leave on our own?
