Need some help load testing my New Streaming Server :P

I need to test how well the server is going to handle this, if you could be so kind as to be around here 12:30 tomorrow I'd appreciate opening the link below. If I don't get enough people to test it I'll try again on Monday so please don't make any special effort...

It's live now feel free to give it try but what I really need is for whole bunch of people to hit it at once.

Generally if you click the link it should open your default media player or ask what you want to use to open it. I've already tested in Windows Media Player and VLC. You can also copy and paste the URL and it should work on any player.

Please post any issues here, if you start getting errors or timeouts stop using it. Let it run from at least 12:30 until 12:40. If you don't like the music turn down the volume. Unless you want to continue to hear the music you can clos the media player at that time. Thanks for your cooperation.

Right now I'm streaming 40 Lb. Head's entire CD collection being played randomly so there is significant amount of music to be heard if you're interested.

Any techies out there interested I'm using Icecast server side. I'm using the Edcast plugin for Foobar2000 to stream to Icecast.

Works fine now . These guys sound good!

Let's just say they are seasoned, they have been playing together since about early 1996.

They put on an excellent show. The were offered a record deal many years ago but turned it down.

Here's a CBGB's clip from 2000, audio and video is not that good and they brought a bus load of people or the place would have been empty.

They would pull in thousands of people for the one bazaar called the Newtown Rockfest. All they had was beer and hot dogs... lol... Lot's of beer.

Well this is working out well, I have total of one person listening including myself.

I'm going to try this again tonight, Let's say around 7 P.M. tonight Saturday the 31st.

If you can be here to click the link for the server please do it as it's important for me to test the load settings for an upcoming new feature here.

Ahh I should have posted my original post before midnight. I figured Sunday is bad day anyway.

It downloads to my desktop and launches iTunes and plays. I use an eight year old Mac system 10.4.11

It works well with Winamp 5.541 running Windows 2000.

Nice, I was wondering about the MAC's. It's a standard MP3 stream though so it should work on any player.

About 8 minutes if your around open the stream, you can open it right now if you want.

I got it up!! As always its good.

Ok got 4.... I really need more though. I'm going to try again on Monday. If you can be here on Monday at 7:30 PM please make it a point to help me get this tested. I''d like to get a hundred but I know that is not going to happen. If I can get 25 or 50 that will be good enough.
