My first load of coal was in bags and a yellow liquid got on my basemet floor. Well I let it dry and this AM I thought I would try to clean it up. I just used water and a rag but cannot seem to get it all up.
Any ideas?

Paint the floor yellow. ;)

I'd first try something aggressive, yet gentle, like KA-boom bathroom cleaner. If that doesn't do it move on to muriatic acid.
