Harman Mag Temps

its been pretty cold here stove has been running longer than usual I have a stick on thermometer on side of mag stoker and its reaching 650 degrees my hot air duct pipe is reaching 200 degrees .....are these temps normal?

You are Cranking! or your Temp. gauge is off. My hyfire runs around 450-500 on a good full burn and duct temp (Inside) is around 140-160 going upstairs. I have a mag. thermometer on the front of the stove and a probe/Digital in the duct.

I've gotten 550* on the front of the stove and 275* through the distribution duct upstairs. I think that you're running well.

Sounds " :) ", I regularly run mine in the 575-600 range, have hit 650+ without any problems.
