I've got a question about a my Keystoker stove. I can not find a part number for the stove. It is on it's third cam motor(?). The local dealer charges me $70.00 per motor. It is a Merkle-Korff Ind. model # 4509UI-025. Does anyone know of alternative place to buy this motor other than Keystoker? I missed one on eBay for $15.00. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Thanks

Not sure of the part number but you can probably match one up at the local Grainger or MSC. If it were me I would find out what is causing the motors to fail. How long a time period did it take for three to fail? If it is less than three years you probably have an issue with the pusher block sliding in the stove. Some kind of obstruction or lip is most probably catching it and stalling the motor. Also did you replace the nylon screws on the side?

There are lots of folks that have been through this with their Keystokers, you will get more input, so hang in there. :)

Cal erie bearings or merkle-korff they have a web site complete with contact info. Erie bearings used to be a dealer for them Im not sure if they still are. Some of the motors they make are proprietory motors thatthey will only sell to the OEM .
