Does anyone use the Biasi 3Wood7 Wood / Coal Combo Boiler. I came upon it today and was wondering if anyone has it and how they like it

There was a thread a few months ago about it, you might try the search feature. I think the coal grates have not been released and they can't say when they will be IIRC.

I have used the Biasi for both wood and coal. I would suggest using coal in this boiler. I have been in contact with the manufacturer this month and they tell me the shaker grates will be available for this heating season. That remains to be seen but I was still able to get through the season burning nut and stove size coal in this boiler. If you have any particular questions about it just message me directly and I would be glad to help you out.
