This is not the forum to get into an argument about the rights of fair use in the context of the CC license.

I've emailed my old friend Paul with a copy of the remix we are talking about. It took me about 10 hours to produce. I'm fairly certain that when you listen to it you will be pleasantly surprised.

I look forward to talking to you about resolving some of those technical difficulties you were having with your live broadcast :)

Thanks for the offer but at this point everything has been worked out, the difficulties in the first show was caused by a small glitch between the broadcast software and Ventrilo which did not show up during testing. As it's been identified it's no longer an issue.
