Cut Spending and Cut Taxes!
You cannot borrow your way out of a problem, only delay the impending doom!
Treat the Federal Budget as if it were your personal budget, live within your means!
Even the ‘biased media’ is starting to turn on the ‘Anointed One’.
Dow at 6400 before it hits bottom.
BHO and the people who voted for this crap will be voted out in short order.
Personal savings rates will go up and the GDP will contract for three more years.

Hoover passed the Smoot Hawley Tarriff Act. Which made the depression "worse" then FDR came in with the "New Deal" and the problems REALLY started.

If Harding (#38/42 in the C-Span presidential rankings http://www.c-span.org/PresidentialSurvey/Overall-Ranking.aspx ) was such an economic genius and fixed the big bad 1920 crash in but a year, how come Hoover (#34/42) didn't do exactly the same thing less than a decade later in response to the 1929 crash? (And it's not an acceptable answer that he was another stupid Republican.) And, if these guys are such economic heroes, how come neither the historians who did the C-Span rankings nor the economists who advised Dubya to throw, oh, $700 Billion at the banks last September hadn't heard of their economic gallantry?

BTW, I don't agree that the housing market is overvalued right now. If anything, the oversupply caused by the foreclosures has depressed the market to undervalue.

As far as the housing market goes I was looking all over the Lisbon, Ohio & Colombiana county area around 3 years ago. After trying to put in a few offers on forclosed homes I gave up on them. The banks or morgare holders had a asking price that was set in stone, wouldn`t take a penny less no matter what type of damage there was. I told the agent I was working with at that time that the lenders must be waiting for something from the government because it just made no sense & I now believe that I hit it right on the head. I have for a long time thought that most things going on have been forseen or created by others that are making the bucks now.

Everyone I know were constantly commenting as time went on that we watching something very very bad. I personally know 5 people who either they, or their wives took classes to be a Real Estate agent, didn't pan out so well.
When I was seeing USED Trailers going for ridiculuos prices that only a (2) person income could swing becuse the normal Raised Ranch was over 300K, we knew this BUBBLE was going to burst.

To be clear, I didn't say housing wasn't over-valued (at, say, end of 2005); I said it isn't now.

If you've got cash, you can acquire a whole lot of property for the buck right now. But having a plan for how to make those assets self-supporting is another thing entirely.

1. We're in office because your being punished for uncontrolled spending- What's your party doing now

2. It's all the republicans fault we're in debt- Show where no democrats voted on any bills that got us here.

3. It's all Bush's fault we're in this debt= Look outside BO's biased media and you'll all see we ain't the only ones.

I'm not going thru all the posts to find them but these are your rants when your ask a question you can't answer.
I've learned thru the years to get the facts before discussing a subject and be willing to take blame when you no your wrong which I have when presented with proof. No statement I've made up until now has been proven wrong.

Yup sounds like my post but that does not support your accusation that I claim the Democrats are blameless, it asks why did the American voter see fit to punish just your party. How does that bolster your accusation? (I don't get it)
