I for one support his efforts and do not understand why the goverments of the US and Mexico can't create a green card system for honest workers to allow them into the country to work for farmers and companies that have jobs waiting for them. Allowing the criminal element to continue and see law enforcement turn a blind eye to this problem deeply aggrivates me and cannot be good for the security of America.

Seen it, been going around a couple days. They should just throw it out of court. That is pretty low.

It also said Mr. Barnett acknowledged that he had turned over 12,000 illegal immigrants to the Border Patrol since 1998.

This guy deserves a medal and the keys to the city.

The illegals should be forced to sue the landowner in Mexico, they should be arrested and deported as soon as they set foot in a US courtroom with no green card. I'l bet the rancher learned his lesson. Next time he'll call the sheriff to clean up some bodies he found on his land.
