Thermostat for Hand-Fired Stove

Hand Fed Coal Stove: DS Machine 1300 with hopper
Coal Size/Type: Blaschak Anthracite Nut
Other Heating: Oil hot water radiators (fuel oil); propane

A year or so back, some clever person on the forum was working on a mechanism to open and close the air inlet of a hand-fired stove, in response to a thermostat in another part of the room. I can't find the thread. Can anybody help me find it?
