Other Suppliers

I live in Upstate NY and burn rice coal as my primary heat source. Is it possible for me to drive to a coalbreaker and purchase a load of 4-5 tons of rice coal? My local supplier has increased the price per ton to almost $190 and I'm trying to figure out if it would be economically feasible to buy the coal in bulk from the source. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
