Anyone Hunting Black Bear in WPA This Fall ?

First time for me. Im out in the woods alot near my sister's farm in Jefferson county and I have seen black bear. A while back, a black came up an camped out on the back porch to destroy a gas grill that had a bunch of deer meat marinading. The grill was not on but the meat was sitting under the hood overnight and the bear smelled it.

My mother discovered this as she pulled into the driveway with her car. She honked the horn and tried scaring it away but it would not leave. Once it got the meat out of the grill it laid in front of the screen door like a dog and ate the meat. Once the meat was gone it wandered off. Oblivious to my mom in the car.

I was not visiting at the time or I would have put a .30-30 round into it. Im hoping to run into this guy in November.
