Went to colarussos in Dickson City today, they bake the pizza in a coal fired oven, temps get over 900 deg. Pizza is great.thin, good crust and sauce, slightly black around the edge, good and crispy. We ll be going back in the next few weeks. Good service beer and food. The owner let me in the kitchen to check out the oven, pretty cool.. check it out.
