Nook Color

Bought a Nook Color instead of Kindle Fire due to added storage options & 30.00 less but now I wonder... I just want to be able to buy cheap 2.00 ebooks, or from from Amazon use the Prime subscription for Kindle. I love to read but the books I like arent available @my library or are over 10 each... A book a week is too much. Supposedly there's an EASY way to Android your Nook...

Does anyone know EXACTLY how to load CM7 onto a 16MB mini Sandisk SD card w/o Rooting the Nook. Something simple & easy? I attempted writing & unzipping & downloaded about 6 programs & wasted 4 hours this evening...

There are a few online video tutorials too. I rooted a friend's Nook and then loaded the latest Android OS. It ran very fast and was a capable web browser. Rooting your Nook will give you all the options you want. Let us know how you make out.
