Batten down the hatches, it looks to be a cold one in Ohio

NOAA is predicting a real winter for 2012-2013.

For the record, the coldest temperature ever recorded in Ohio is -39 degrees F., and the coldest temperature ever recored in Pennsylvania is -42 degrees F.
