harmon boiler

I have harmon boiler and having trouble getting water temp to stay above 150 and i am burning mammoth nut from bolsers in middlefield ohio. just seems like no draft today. was burning pea last yr. sat and sun was burning fine. little confused

What model Harman boiler are you using? Must be a hand fed unit? Most problems come back to draft or should I say lack of it. Sometimes changing brands of coal or size of coal or even new batch from same company is different. Check all flue pipes and chimney and look at the intake area's to make sure they are clear.

after removing my fire box reducer i was using for pea , the nut is burning quite well
