Get your shorts ready by the weekend we are looking at 60*, tommorrow they say 40s the rest of the week till it jumps up. Its January :shock:

That means I'd better not walk within 10' of my house. 6" thick ice dams and 7' long icicles weighing 70 lbs hanging over the edge will be dropping like spears. :lol:

Ha,ha,ha, yeah me too Smitty! I just put brand new one piece extruded gutters for my porch rebuild last summer. They are full of snow and ice now with giant icicles. Had I put the crappy old vinyl jobbers, they have split apart by now! :shock:

I've got ice dams. Luckily with the warmer weather these past few days the damn snow we got several weeks ago is finally starting to melt.

According to the National Weather Service weather station about 10 miles from here the high temperature was 49 today. I don't think it got that warm here. The low for tonight is forecast to be 18.


Tonight Mostly cloudy, with a low around 18. Northwest wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light west after midnight.
M.L.King Day A chance of snow showers, mainly after 9am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 33. South wind 5 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Monday Night A chance of snow showers, mainly after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 16. South wind 6 to 8 mph becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

WOW ,that's cold and it hasn't even hit yet.Your 20 degrees colder than what were expected to get,glad i'm warm and in shorts and barefeet :yes:
