Its MLK day... now theirs a man! by the age of 26 he was building a nation! died before he was 40 yet achieved so so MUCH, his speeches still bring tears to my eyes! Someone should make a thread with a snipet of the "i have a dream" or "promise land" speech in honer of today... BUT....and i still dislike Obama as a president!

I respect and admire MLK. He was a determined and motivated individual. I don't think he would approve of Obama.

Sorry Dave, My bad. I take that back, you seem like a pretty fair and principled guy. I appologise for that. DCrane was right, it was MLK day and I was winding it up. You sort of left me a lead in between this and the rushmore thread. I can always count on having a good intellegent debate with you unlike the "juvenile name callers" whom I don't have to mention. It amazes me that an obviously smart guy who could easily make his point resorts to that. Go figure!
