If you have a small flow leave it run and see if it will open up some more with the flow.

If you had some freezing it prolly has not lost it's prime.

so the pressure switch contacts are closed right? meaning its calling for water.
the voltage from the breaker is 220v? you hear the pump hum? trying to pump?
a amp clamp says its drawing how many amps?

To prime you must open a screw plug on top and fill till no air and replace plug and restart.

There should be a plug you can remove to pour water back into the well side or fill up the impeller area of the pump. I find sometime if I shut a valve off and turn it back on quick it sometimes causes a surge that breaks the suction and makes water flow.

Find the cap screw/nut by the water outlet--remove & start putting the water to her--you'll get your prime back/ she'll back wash on ya--ever freeze up before--take a bernz-a-matic to the galvenized feed pipe

Time is of essence with the colder temps or it will re-freeze again!

If still froze somewhat...put 500 watt quartz flood light near it...it will be HOT so be smart about how you position it and for how long!!!

Maybe a heat gun or hair dryer if it is easier.

If you get it going maybe leave a 75 or 100 watt light bulb for over night.

If there is no plug on top, remove the pressure gauge and fill from there.

That is how I prime my cistern pump at the barn.

I need to clean my pump housing where your plastic tube goes into the impeller housing,I have a 3/16" wire or use a small drill bit by hand twisting.Turn the water off before the pump, clean out silt, turn on the water slightly to flush the plastic line without being hooked up to the pressure switch, then hook everything up,15 minute job.
