That is nice and hot! Mine only gets to about 450 on the front. That is due to the aluminum feed wheel instead of the original nylon one. I have my feed all the way in. Maybe this summer I will buy a new nylon wheel and make it feed correctly.

She blows 165 degree heat through the registers.....worried the hot air may be too hot coming out of the registers!

I'd be concerned that it might be a safety issue. I'd be worried about my kids touching the register and burning themselves. Wouldn't be a bad burn but still...
