That is one of those questions that is usually answered with "it depends".
It depends on the heat load of the house, and how much the stoker must run to keep the house warm. I usually burn about 100 lbs per day at this time of the year, but on real windy/cold days it is around 125 lbs. A big Victorian house like you have might require double that...it all depends on how well the heat stays in the house.
Over the summer I think you should consider some piping changes to your system. I would pipe it in a primary/secondary arragnement so you can have steady circulation in the radiators, and let the boiler ramp and and down as needed to heat the house. The would also allow you to keep the boiler at a higher temperature to avoid condensation.
