Fire boss not blowing hot

We have a fire boss wood burning stove. This is our first year using this. We just got a new load of wood from our wood guy. If we close the doors on the stove the fire dies down so much it is not blowing hot air. The damper is opened all the way and the vents on the side and front are opened. With the doors opened it blows warmer and the wood burns. Some one is going to try and go on roof today , there is snow. Any ideas or help that you can give is appreciated. Thank you.

Is the wood well seasoned? Does it just sit there and sizzle? Other than that it does seem like a problem of not strong enough draft.

The wood is seasoned not sure for how long. If the doors are opened there is no problem with the burning. We think it may be the flue or damper. Loaded it up with wood and it burned good, but noticed smoke rolling out when we opened the doors. Some one trying to go on roof today.

Checked the flue and damper they seem to be fine. Still not blowing hot, so confused. Any ideas.

Is there any sort of baffle in the stove? Check and clean all passages. Pictures of the inside of stove may help.

also,is there any internal draft regulator/mpd
does any smoke come out of the stove when it's closed up
pics of your set up will help others determine whats going on
