It makes you wonder, just how did those holes in the catwalk get there, and assuming they were by it breaking away as people stepped on it, then what became of those people?
It kind of reminded me of the time I stepped up the the edge of the Hoover Dam to get a picture. Me...being a product of the 1970's and the OSHA era where hand rails are 42 inches high, have two rails and a toe kick...I was taken back by a knee high wall and 700 feet to the bottom! Apparently OSHA did not help design the railings on the Hoover Dam, but then again the Hoover Dam was built one year ahead of schedule and millions of dollars under budget too.
